Danawa Co.,Ltd's Equity Buyback in the amount of KRW1500 mm has expired

The Board of Directors of Danawa Co.,Ltd (KOSE:A119860) authorized a share repurchase program on February 1, 2012. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to KRW 1.5 billion worth own shares pursuant to a trust agreement with Korea Investment & Securities Co., Ltd. The purpose behind the program is to stabilize the stock price and to enhance shareholder value. Repurchases will commence on February 1, 2012 and will continue until July 31, 2012.
Korea Investment & Securities Co., Ltd. acted as the broker for the buyback.
Danawa Co.,Ltd's share repurchase program expired on July 31, 2012. Under the plan, the company has repurchased 181,413 shares for KRW 1.49 billion.
