MedRisk, LLC agreed to acquire Casualty Claims Solutions business from Conduent Incorporated for approximately $240 million.

MedRisk, LLC agreed to acquire Casualty Claims Solutions business from Conduent Incorporated (NasdaqGS:CNDT) for approximately $240 million on May 3, 2024. As part of this transaction, current Conduent employees in the Casualty Claims Solutions business will join MedRisk. The transaction subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals and transaction expected to close in the third quarter of 2024.
