Seoul Housing And Communities Corporation agreed to acquire 1,489.5 square meter (Lot 1075 etc.) in Gayang-dong Magok-dong, Gangseo-gu, Seoul from Singsong Industrial Co., Ltd. for KRW 4.8 billion on September 29, 2016. Singsong Industrial Co., Ltd. changed the buyer from Seoul Housing And Communities Corporation to Coweaver Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A056360) on January 5, 2017.
