CIA signs deed of merger into Compagnie Foncière Du Vin

(Alliance News) - Compagnia Immobiliare Azionaria Spa on Tuesday announced that it has signed the deed of merger by incorporation of CIA

into Compagnie Foncière Du Vin Spa, the plan for which had been approved by the respective shareholders' meetings last April.

As stipulated in the deed of merger, subject to the registration of the deed with the relevant business registries, the civil law effects of the merger will take place as of July 8.

CIA closed Monday's session flat at EUR0.046 per share.
