Cominix Co.,Ltd. (TSE:3173) entered into a share transfer agreement to acquire 82.8% stake in Kawanobe Tool M.F.G.Co., Ltd. from Toshihiko Kawanobe on December 15, 2020. As per terms, Cominix Co.,Ltd. acquired 0.02 million shares of Kawanobe Tool M.F.G.Co., Ltd. For the year ending December 31, 2019, net asset, total asset, revenue, operating profit and net profit of Kawanobe Tool M.F.G.Co., Ltd. was ¥525 million, approximately ¥1.6 billion, ¥782 million, ¥27 million and ¥15 million respectively.
