Colruyt Sint-Amandsberg: low-energy store with doubled Collect&Go pick-up point
3 May 2021
On Wednesday 5 May, the renovated Colruyt Lowest Prices in Sint-Amandsberg opens again. The store has been completely reorganised. The fresh market has become larger and the butchery was completely revamped. Our customers will thus be able to choose from an even broader range of products. The Collect&Go pick-up point is twice its former size and can serve even more customers. Sustainability was taken into account during the renovation, so the renovated Colruyt in Sint-Amandsberg is a low-energy store.
Wider choice of products

The Colruyt Lowest Prices store in Sint-Amandsberg has been completely reorganised, which means customers can shop more pleasantly and efficiently. The fresh market is larger and there is a renovated butchery. Store manager Vincent De Meyer: 'This means we can offer an even broader range of products. Customers can rely on our self-service butcher's department for fresh meat and they can see our qualified butchers at work in an open workshop. If they have questions or special orders, they can directly talk to them.'

Easily reachable

Colruyt Sint-Amandsberg is easily reachable thanks to the connection to the Adolf Baeyensstraat for pedestrians and cyclists. Customers arriving by car can park in the spacious car park, which has also been refurbished.

Collect&Go:we do your shopping for you

The Collect&Go collection point has been renovated and is twice its former size, allowing for more customers to be served. Collect&Go is Colruyt Group's online shopping service. Customers send their shopping lists to collectandgo.be or through the app and co-workers have their products ready at the collection point by the day and time of their choice.

Sustainable choices

The renovated Colruyt store fits in with our sustainable renovation project and is a low-energy store. The residual heat released from the cooling installations is recovered, which means the store emits 99 % fewer greenhouse gasses. Thanks to sensors, the lights only switch on when it is necessary and the car park is equipped with a charging post for electric cars.

The team of Colruyt Sint-Amandsberg is ready for you

Because of corona measures, there will not be an opening evening. Vincent De Meyer: 'Come and discover the renovated Colruyt in Sint-Amandsberg and we prepare a small welcome gift. My team and I are looking forward to welcoming everyone in safe conditions. We therefore ask our customers to comply with all government rules.'
