CITY CROPS AGRO LIMITED City Crops Agro Limited announced a private placement of 8,500,000 warrants at a price of INR 7 for the gross proceeds of INR 59,500,000 on June 27, 2024. The warrants will be issued on preferential basis. The warrants will have an exercise price of INR 21 per share.
The transaction has been approved by the shareholders of the company. The transaction will include participation from Supremo Fitness Point Private Limited, TotalQ Industries Private Limited, Innotell Infosoft Private Limited, Honeywell Traders Sales India Private Limited, Rawna Tobacco Private Limited and other investors.
