Director Nomination Process and Candidates List for the 10th Term Directors

Article 12 of the Company's Articles of Incorporation defines that the Company shall form a Board of Directors composed of seven to fifteen directors; Article 12-1 of the Articles of Incorporation defines that the Company shall establish at least three independent directors and directors shall be elected according to the candidate nomination system and procedures.

The 16th meeting of the 9th Board of Directors has determined to elect thirteen directors for the Company's 10th term directors, including five independent directors, with a term of three years beginning on May 27, 2022 and ending on May 26, 2025.

During the Submission Period for director nomination, the Minister of Transportation and Communications submitted the nomination of eight MOTC representatives director candidates and the 18th meeting of the 9th Board of Directors approved the nomination of five independent director candidates; the list of director candidates for this election reviewed and approved by the 18th meeting of the 9th Board of Directors is as follows:
