Masayuki Corporation agreed to acquire 12.39% stake in Chukyo Iyakuhin Co., Ltd. (JASDAQ:4558) from Masayuki Yamada on February 12, 2016. Masayuki will acquire 1.4 million shares of Chukyo Iyakuhin. On completion, Masayuki and Masayuki Yamada will own 1.4 million shares and 0.33 million shares respectively. The deal is expected to close on February 15, 2016.
