KEY OPERATING DATA OF JULY 2020

This announcement is made by China Suntien Green Energy Corporation Limited (the "Company") pursuant to the inside information provisions under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong) and Rule 13.09 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

According to the Company's preliminary statistics, the power generation of the Company and its subsidiaries (collectively, "the Group") on a consolidated basis for July 2020 amounted to 472,601.99 MWh, representing a year-on-year increase of 10.53%. As of 31 July 2020, the accumulated power generation amounted to 5,555,651.58 MWh, representing a year-on-year increase of 4.97%.
