China Sports International Limited Appoints Ang Wei Chuan as Independent Director, Chairman of Audit Committee and Member of Nominating Committee and Remuneration Committee

The Board of Directors of China Sports International Limited announced the following changes to the Board and Board Committees with effect from January 14, 2016. Mr. Ang Wei Chuan has been appointed as Independent Director of the company. Upon appointment, Mr. Ang will be the Chairman of Audit Committee and member of Nominating Committee and Remuneration Committee.
