Completion of the Issuance of the First Tranche of the Domestic Company Bonds in 2016 in the PRC

The Board hereby announces that China South International has completed the issuance of the first tranche of the Domestic Company Bonds in 2016 in the total principal amount of RMB3.0 billion at the coupon rate of 5.98% per annum on 15 January 2016 in the PRC. The success of issuance of the first tranche of the Domestic Company Bonds in 2016 further optimizes the Group's debt structure and broadens the Group's financing channels.

References is made to the announcement of the Company dated 12 January 2016 in relation to the proposed issue of the Domestic Company Bonds by the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, China South International, in the PRC (the "Announcement"). Unless otherwise defined, capitalized terms used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcement.

The Board hereby announces that China South International has completed the issuance of the first tranche of the Domestic Company Bonds in 2016 on 15 January 2016. According to the issuance results, the total principal amount of the first tranche of the Domestic Company Bonds is RMB3.0 billion with a term of three years, the coupon rate is 5.98% per annum. The success of issuance of the first tranche of the Domestic Company Bonds in 2016 further optimizes the Group's debt structure and broadens the Group's financing channels.
