VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT GRANT OF MONEY LENDERS LICENCE

This announcement is made by China Huirong Financial Holdings Limited (the ''Company'', together with its subsidiaries, the ''Group'') on a voluntary basis to inform the shareholders of the Company and potential investors of the latest business development of the Group.

BACKGROUND

The Group is dedicated to provide diversified financing services including secured loans, credit loans, on-line P2P lending business finance platform to its customers and to engage in investment business.

The Group operates in Suzhou and the four county-level cities that are governed by the Suzhou city government, or the Greater Suzhou Area, which is the most economically advanced region in Jiangsu Province. The Group has expanded its business into Sichuan, Anhui and Hubei Provinces by establishing a branch in Chengdu, Hefei and Wuhan, respectively.

GRANT OF MONEY LENDERS LICENCE

On 15 January 2019, Huifang Investment Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, was granted a money lenders licence (the ''Licence'') under the Money Lenders Ordinance (Chapter 163 of the Laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China (''HongKong'')). With Huifang Investment Limited being granted with the Licence, the Group intends to commence providing financing services in Hong Kong to explore the opportunities in the financial market in Hong Kong and to materialise the Group's plan to expand its business coverage to places outside China.
