Central Security Patrols Co., Ltd. reported consolidated earnings results for the second quarter ended August 31, 2018. For the quarter, the company reported net sales of JPY 30,825 million against JPY 26,059 million a year ago. Operating income was JPY 1,927 million against JPY 944 million a year ago. Ordinary income was JPY 2,080 million against JPY 1,068 million a year ago. Profit attributable to owners of parent was JPY 1,209 million or JPY 82.93 per basic share against JPY 647 million or JPY 44.41 per basic share a year ago.
For the period ended February 2019, the company expects net sales of JPY 61,700 million, operating income of JPY 3,080 million, ordinary income of JPY 3,370 million and profit attributable to owners of parent of JPY 1,920 million or basic per share of JPY 129.58.
Central Security Patrols Co Ltd is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the operation of security business and real estate business. The Company operates in two business segments. The Security segment is involved in the provision of stationed security, mechanical security and transportation security services, the sale and installation of security equipment, as well as the provision of call center services. The Building Management and Real Estate segment involves in the provision of comprehensive building management services, including cleaning services and security services for electrical equipment and the leasing of real estate, as well as the provision of insurance agency services.
