CECONOMY AG announces offering of 5-year €500m sustainability-linked fixed rate senior unsecured notes due 2029 and an offer to purchase for cash its outstanding €500m fixed rate senior unsecured notes due June 2026

CECONOMY AG (the "Company") has launched today an offering of €500 million sustainability-linked fixed rate senior unsecured notes due 2029 (the "New Notes"). Alongside the new issuance, the Company is launching a cash tender offer for its existing €500m fixed rate senior unsecured notes due June 2026 (the "Existing Notes").

Investor meetings will be hosted from Monday 24 June to Wednesday 26 June 2024. The tender offer is expected to expire at 5:00 pm CEST on 2 July 2024.

The Company intends to use the gross proceeds from the New Notes offering to fund the tender offer or redeem any remaining Existing Notes at maturity or earlier, subject to the Company's discretion and market conditions.
