Yeung Yet He entered into the Sale and Purchase Agreement CCIAM Coating Company Limited from CCIAM Future Energy Limited for HKD 5.05 million.

Yeung Yet He entered into the Sale and Purchase Agreement CCIAM Coating Company Limited from CCIAM Future Energy Limited (SEHK:145) for HKD 5.05 million on April 26, 2023. In this transaction, a shareholder’s loan in the amount of HKD 5 million is due and owned by CCIAM Coating Company to CCIAM Future Energy. Yeung Yet He will acquire one ordinary share in CCIAM Coating Company,representing the entire issued share capital of CCIAM Coating Company.

CCIAM Coating Company has reported net loss of HKD 0.085 million for the year ended December 31, 2022. The completion of transaction shall not subject to any condition precedent.
