Catalina Resources Limited is a diversified mineral exploration and mine development company. The Company is focused on the exploration of prospective gold, base metal, lithium and iron ore projects and the development of these projects into production. Its projects include Breakaway Dam, Auric North, Central Yilgarn, Aerosmith, Spinifex Silver and Beasley Creek. The Breakaway Dam Project, located 17 kilometers (km) east of Menzies, hosts a copper-rich volcanogenic massive sulfide (VMS) system with lithium potential. The Auric North Project is located approximately six km from the Deflector Gold Mine, Deflector Nort. The Central Yilgarn Project is located within an underexplored region of the Yilgarn Craton, approximately 190 km to the northwest of Kalgoorlie and 160 kms southwest of Leonora. The project area covers an area of over 650 square kilometers (km2), and over approximately 65 km of strike, along the Yerilgee and Evanston greenstone belts.
