Career Design Center Co., Ltd. (TSE:2410) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 120,000 shares, representing 1.77% of its share capital, at ¥1,373 per share for ¥164.76 million. The company will repurchase its shares in order to implement a flexible capital policy which responds to changes in the business environment, along with aiming to improve capital efficiency. As of March 31, 2017, the company had 6,794,190 shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) and 260,210 shares in treasury.
