USA Technologies, Inc. Announces Management Changes

On January 20, 2021, USA Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) notified its Chief Compliance Officer, James Pollock, that the Company intends to transition the duties of the Chief Compliance Officer to the Company’s General Counsel, Davina Furnish. Mr. Pollock’s employment with the Company will continue through July 20, 2021 in order to assist with this transition of duties.
