Canada Pacific Capital Corp. is a Canada-based capital pool company. The Company is engaged in the identification and evaluation of assets or businesses with a view to completing a qualifying transaction. The Company operates in only one business segment, namely the pursuit of a Qualifying Transaction. All of the Company's assets are located in Canada. The Company has entered into a letter of intent pursuant to which it proposes to acquire all of the issued and outstanding securities of China Freeze Dry Inc., a corporation governed under the laws of the British Virgin Islands (BVICo), which indirectly owns Linyi Shenhe Foodstuff Co.Limited.
