Item 8.01. Other Events

On January 26, 2022, California Water Service Group issued a press release (a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference) announcing the declaration of an increase in the annual dividend by $0.08, or 8.7%, from $0.92 to $1.00. The quarterly dividend of $0.25 per common share will be payable on February 18, 2022 to stockholders of record on February 7, 2022.
