C&D Property Management Group Co. Limited Announces Resignation of Cheung Kwok Kwan, J.P as Independent Non-Executive Director, Member of Each of the Audit Committee, the Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee

The board of directors of C&D Property Management Group Co. Ltd. hereby announced that Mr. Cheung Kwok Kwan, J.P. has tendered his resignation as an independent non-executive director of the Company, and ceased to be a member of each of the audit committee, the remuneration committee and the nomination committee of the Company with effect from 24 June 2022 due to his other work commitments.
