Bubalus Resources Limited entered into a binding terms sheet to acquire Tomorrow Minerals Pty Ltd from Alexander Lindsay Hamilton Thompson for AUD 0.2 million.

Bubalus Resources Limited (ASX:BUS) entered into a binding terms sheet to acquire Tomorrow Minerals Pty Ltd from Alexander Lindsay Hamilton Thompson for AUD 0.2 million on March 17, 2022. Consideration of AUD 0.1 million will be paid in cash and 500,000 shares will be issued at AUD 0.2 per share. The transaction is subject to Bubalus and Tomorrow minerals shareholders approval, necessary corporate, regulatory and third party approvals.

If any condition is not satisfied before November 30, 2022, any party can terminate the agreement by notice in writing to other parties.
