Brazilian Rare Earths Limited is a mineral exploration company focused on the discovery and development of critical mineral resources. Its segments include Brazil exploration and Corporate. Its Rocha da Rocha Project (the project) comprises of 96 granted exploration permits; one application for an exploration permit; four applications for mining permits; two disponibilidades, and an option to acquire a further three granted exploration permits. The granted exploration permits within the project cover a total combined area of 140,988 hectares (ha) (1,410 square kilometer (km)) in the Rocha da Rocha Critical Minerals Province, located in Bahia, Brazil. The Project is a large-scale greenfields discovery of rare-earth elements (REE) mineralization that includes high-grade REE-Nb-Sc mineralization, saprolite monazite enriched mineralization, and ionic clay style REE mineralization. The project is also prospective for niobium, scandium, uranium, bauxite, and other critical minerals.
