Colony Credit Real Estate, Inc. at its AGM held on May 4, 2020, approved the election of Mark M. Hedstrom as a director of the Company until the 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
BrightSpire Capital, Inc. is a commercial real estate (CRE) credit real estate investment trust. The Company is focused on originating, acquiring, financing and managing a diversified portfolio, consisting primarily of CRE debt investments and net leased properties predominantly in the United States. The Company's segments include Senior and Mezzanine Loans and Preferred Equity, Net Leased and Other Real Estate, and Corporate and Other. The Senior and Mezzanine Loans and Preferred Equity segment has CRE debt investments, including senior loans, mezzanine loans, and preferred equity interests, as well as participation in such loans.
