On November 14, 2022, Christine DeBiase, Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel of Brighthouse Financial, Inc., notified the Company of her intention to resign from the Company, effective December 2, 2022, to pursue another opportunity. The Company is currently in the process of identifying a successor.
