NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS

Brasil Brokers Participações S.A. ("Company"), a publicly held company with common shares traded in the Novo Mercado segment of the BM&FBOVESPA under ticker BBRK3, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that it will hold its Annual Shareholders' Meeting ("ASM") on April 30, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. On this occasion, the Company's shareholders will discuss the following agenda: (1) to resolve on the Management Report, the Executive Board's accounts and the Financial Statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2017; (2) to resolve on the Management Proposal for the allocation of the net result for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2017; (3) to resolve on the election of members of the Company's Board of Directors; and (4) to resolve on the establishment of Management's overall compensation for fiscal year 2018.
