The Company operates through two segments: hospitality and leisure, and investment holding. Hospitality and Leisure segment is primarily engaged in delivering service and hospitality through accommodations, room amenities and offers a range of cuisine. Investment Holding segment is primarily engaged in the holding and leasing of investment properties. Its subsidiaries include Friday’s Holdings, Inc., Fridays Puerto Galera, Inc. and other.
