CLOSURE OF REGISTER OF MEMBERS

On 20 September 2017, the board of directors (the "Board") of Bossini International Holdings Limited (the "Company") has resolved to recommend a final dividend of HK1.22 cents and a special final dividend of HK0.61 cent per ordinary share for the year ended 30 June 2017 (the "Final Dividend and Special Final Dividend"). The proposed Final Dividend and Special Final Dividend are subject to the approval of the members of the Company (the "Members") at the forthcoming annual general meeting to be held on Tuesday, 14 November 2017 (the "2017 AGM"), the Final Dividend and Special Final Dividend will be payable to the Members whose names appear on the principal or branch register of members of the Company in Bermuda or Hong Kong respectively (collectively the "Register of Members") as at the close of business on Wednesday, 22 November 2017.

The Register of Members will be closed to ascertain the qualification for attending and voting at the 2017 AGM and for the entitlement of the Final Dividend and Special Final Dividend.

Closure of the Register of Members (to qualify for receiving the Final Dividend and Special Final Dividend (Note 2)	Monday, 20 November 2017 to Wednesday, 22 November 2017, (both days inclusive)

Notes:

1. All properly completed transfer forms accompanied by the relevant share certificates must be lodged with the Company's branch share registrars in Hong Kong, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited of Shop Nos. 1712-1716, 17th Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen's Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong (the "Share Registrar") for registration.

2. During the closure period no transfer of shares will be registered.

Upon the Members' approval of the payment of the Final Dividend and Special Final Dividend:
