Bora Bora Resources Limited is an Australia-based mineral exploration company. The Company is engaged in exploring and developing mineral projects for graphite and gold in Australia and Sri Lanka. The Company's geographical segments include Australia and Sri Lanka. It is conducting exploration work on the Matale/Kurunegala Graphite Project, Paragoda Graphite Project in central Sri Lanka, as well as the Neluwa Graphite Project and Baduraliya Graphite Project in southern Sri Lanka and on the St Arnaud gold project in the central Victorian goldfields. The Company's graphite projects consist of approximately 188 square kilometers of granted tenements. Its Matale/Kurunegala Graphite Project covers approximately 145 square kilometers of exploration licenses, directly contiguous to the Kahatagaha Graphite Mine (KGM). Its Paragoda North and South Projects cover approximately 62 square kilometers of exploration license.
