As of December 31, 2010, the Company owned such subsidiaries as Integrados FX SA (SET FX), which provides transactional, listing and spot market information systems and foreign exchange forwards; Derivex SA, which manages a standardized derivates market which its underlying assets are power, fuel and other energetic commodities; and Invesbolsa SAS, involved in the investment in high-potential growth companies. In addition, the Company held minor interests in Camara de Riesgo Central de Contraparte SA, Deceval SA and Camara de Compensacion de Divisas SA. Furthermore, It controls Sophos Banking Solutions.
