HOUSTON - Vericor Power Systems, LLC ('Vericor'), a leading provider of energy solutions, and a subsidiary of Kanaci Technologies, LLC ('Kanaci Technologies') is pleased to announce the appointment of G. William Bonadio as President and Chief Executive Officer of Vericor.
Bonadio joins from The Boeing Company, where he most recently led program management of the Boeing transformation team.

Before joining Vericor, Bonadio was a Vice President at The Boeing Company. He served in a variety of leadership roles including Chief Operating Officer of Electronics & Information Solutions division, VP of Strategic Development for Defense, Space and Intelligence and VP of Business Development for Network and Space Systems. Bonadio's career before Boeing includes serving as Vice President of Business Development at Danaher Corporation. Prior to this, Bonadio worked with Bain & Company and The Boston Consulting Group, serving C-level clients for strategy, M&A, and operational improvements. Mr. Bonadio is a former U.S. Navy officer where he served on nuclear powered attack submarines. Bonadio graduated with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Bucknell University and an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
