Dreyfus Municipal Bond Infrastructure Fund, Inc. (NYSE:DMB) announced
today the extension of the term redemption date of the Fund's Series W-7
Variable Rate Muni Term Preferred Shares ("VMTPS") until February 1,
2021, as well as a reduction in the spread over the SIFMA Municipal Swap
Index effective January 31, 2018. The Fund also announced that,
effective February 1, 2018, the VMTPS would no longer be rated by
Moody's Investor Services, Inc. The VMTPS continue to be rated AAA by
Fitch Ratings, Inc.
