Bluecom Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A033560) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase KRW 7,000 million worth of its shares pursuant to a trust contract with NH Investment & Securities Co., Ltd. The repurchased shares will be used for raising shareholder value and retirement. The program will expire on August 10, 2021. As of February 8, 2021, the company had no shares in treasury.
BLUECOM CO.,LTD. is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture and distribution of mobile phone components and accessories. The Companyâs products consist of micro speakers and micro receivers, including single unit types, dual mode types, module types and others; liner motors; Bluetooth products, including mono types and stereo types, as well as radio frequency identification (RFID) tags and sound mates. The Company supplies its products within domestic market and to overseas markets.
