Blockmate Ventures Inc. announced that it has completed a non-brokered private placement of 16,293,337 units at a price of CAD 0.05 per unit for gross proceeds of CAD 814,667 on November 17, 2022. Each unit consists of one common share, and one common share purchase warrant exercisable to acquire a further common share at a price of CAD 0.075 until November 17, 2025. All securities issued in connection with the transaction are subject to restrictions on resale until March 18, 2023.

No finders' fees or commissions were paid by the company in connection with completion of the transaction. The transaction included participation from returning investor Carosa Corporation B.V., for 6,150,000 common shares and other investors.
