VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT

DONATION OF RMB 1 MILLION TO WUHAN TO SUPPORT ITS PREVENTION AND CONTROL EFFORTS FOR THE NOVEL CORONAVIRUS OUTBREAK

BII Railway Transportation Technology Holdings Company Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") announces that, in order to support prevention and control efforts and relief work for the 2019 novel coronavirus outbreak in Wuhan, on 5 February 2020, the Group donated RMB 1 million to Wuhan Charity Federation* (武漢市慈 善總會) through BII Technology Development Co., Ltd.* (北京京投卓越科技發展有限公司).

As China's leading service provider of railway transportation intelligent system, the Group, during the 2019 novel coronavirus outbreak prevention and control period, makes the best of various technological means and adopts measures such as informationised project management and control and remote working and mobile office, to provide clients with services for various businesses without compromising the health and safety of the employees. In particular, the Group has made efforts to ensure smooth and safe operation of the Beijing Rail Transit Control Centre for Beijing subway, enabling it to continue playing its key role in the operation of the capital's metro system during the Lunar New Year.

The donation was made by internal resources of the Group. The Group believes that the donation meets the requirement for the Group's assumption of social responsibility. The Group will continue to monitor the latest developments of the disease outbreak and work together with people all over the country to get through this difficult period.
