Beyond Commerce, Inc. (the 'Company') announced the appointment of Peter Stazzone as its Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Stazzone has more than 25 years experience in finance, operations management, and accounting within start-ups, high growth and multi-billion dollar organizations. Stazzone has been a member of the Beyond Commerce Board of Directors and Chairman of the Audit Committee since 2018. Prior to joining Beyond Commerce, Stazzone served as Chief Financial Officer of Strainz, Inc. from 2016-2021 where he oversaw the company's financial reporting, accounting, cash management, budgeting, resource management and financial strategy. Before Strainz, Stazzone was the Chief Financial Officer for Voce Telecom from 2000-2016 where he led the strategic transformation from a local telecom to a $100 million global carrier.
Beyond Commerce, Inc. is primarily focused on the acquisition of big data companies in the business-to-business (B2B) Internet marketing analytics, technologies, and services. The Company is engaged in developing and deploying disruptive strategic software technology that will build on the organic growth potential and exploit cross-selling opportunities. The Company provides solutions that facilitate the exchange of information and data transactions between supply chain participants, such as manufacturers, retailers, distributors, and financial institutions, with the focus of automating potential client internal processes. The Company intends to offer services and solutions, such as content services, business process management, customer experience management, discovery, business network, and analytics.
