Berger Paints Nigeria Plc. hereby announce as follows:

Period Ended	31 December 2022
Proposed	A final Dividend of 70 Kobo per 50 Kobo ordinary share, subject to appropriate
withholding tax and approval will be paid to shareholders whose names appear
Dividend	in the Register of Members at the close of business on April 26, 2022.
Proposed Bonus	Not applicable
Closure of	The Register of Shareholders will be closed from 27April - 3 May 2023(both
daysinclusive).

Qualification Date	April 26, 2023
Payment Date	On May 24, 2023, dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose
names appear on the Register of Members as of April 26, 2023, and who have
	completed their e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their
	dividends directly into their Bank accounts.
E-Dividend	Shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration are advised to
download the Registrar's form which is available on the Registrar's website at
Registration	https://meristemregistrars.comand also on the Company's website at
	http://bergerpaintsnig.com,complete and submit to the Registrar or their
	respective banks.
Unclaimed	Shareholders with dividend warrants and share certificates that have
DividendWarrants	remained unclaimed, or are yet to be presented for payment or returned for
and Share	validation are advised to complete the e-dividend registration or contact the

Date of General	The Annual General Meeting will be held at the Lagos Marriot Hotel, 122
