BELLSYSTEM24 Holdings, Inc. reported consolidated earnings results for the nine months ended November 30, 2017. For the period, the company reported revenue of ¥86,621 million against ¥81,222,000 a year ago. Operating income was ¥7,081 million against ¥6,054 million a year ago. Income before income taxes was ¥6,512 million against ¥5,324 million a year ago. Net income was ¥4,248 million against ¥3,365 million a year ago. Net income attributable to owners of the parent was ¥4,224 million against ¥3,365 million a year ago. Diluted earnings per share were ¥57.26 against ¥45.80 per share a year ago. Income before income taxes was ¥6,512 million against ¥5,324 million a year ago. Net cash provided by operating activities was ¥6,474 million against ¥4,787 million a year ago. Purchase of property, plant and equipment was ¥1,150 million against ¥1,264 million a year ago. Purchase of intangible assets was ¥1,427 million against ¥560 million a year ago.
For the year ending February 28, 2018, the company expects revenue of ¥116,100 million, operating income of ¥9,300 million, income before income taxes of ¥8,210 million, net income of ¥5,350 million, net income attributable to owners of the parent of ¥5,310 million or ¥72.53 per basic share.
Bellsystem24 Holdings Inc is a Japan-based company engaged in the customer relationship management (CRM) business mainly including contact center operations. The Company has two business segments. The CRM segment is engaged in the traditional inbound and outbound call business, as well as the provision of customer support services, sales support services, technical support services and business process outsourcing (BPO) services for client companies through telephone, Web and social medias. The Others segment is engaged in the sale of content for general consumers on a monthly basis, and weather forecast content for businesses through mobile personal computers (PCs), as well as the general affairs and administrative business.
