Li Xiaoyan signed a share transfer agreement to acquire 3.04% stake in Beijing E-Techstar Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:300513) from Qian Sujin for CNY 92.3 million on October 28, 2021. As per terms, Qian Sujin will transfer 9.55 million shares at CNY 9.67 per share. Li Xiaoyan shall pay 17% equivalent to CNY 15.7 million of the transfer price within 5 working days from the effective date of this agreement which shall be used to pay the personal income tax involved in this share transfer and remaining 83% equivalent to CNY 76.6 million on the day when the three parties go to China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd. to complete the transaction. Post completion, Qian Sujin ownership stake will be reduced from 15.40% to 12.36%. The proceeds from the transaction will be used to repay pledged debt of Qian Sujin in Essence Securities Asset.
