Stephens Capital Partners along with Farragut Mezzanine Partners III, LP of Farragut Capital Partners, LLC, Triangle Capital Corporation (NYSE:TCAP) and Salem Investment Partners acquired AVL Digital Group from Corinthian Capital Group, LLC on December 28, 2012. Stephens Capital Partners acquired 60% stake in AVL Digital Group. Triangle Capital invested non-covertible debt and equity of $14.3 million in the deal. Proskauer Rose LLP acted as legal advisor to Corinthian Capital Group. Stephens Inc. acted as financial advisor for Corinthian Capital Group, LLC and AVL Digital Group.
