Bank of Kaohsiung Co., Ltd. issued the 2nd non-cumulative perpetual subordinated financial debentures in 2022 with total amount of TWD 405,000,000. Face value per bond is TWD 1,000,000. Issuance period: Issue date June 29, 2022.
No maturity date. After five years of issuance, BOK may redeem the debts of whole principal together with any interest payment subject to regulator's approval, meet one of the following conditions,1.provided that the post-redemption BIS ratio of BOK is above the legal requirement,2. The original capital instruments are replaced with equal or higher quality capital instruments. BOK shall promptly notify such early redemption 30 days ahead of time.
