The board of directors of Bank of Guizhou Co., Ltd. announced that Mr. CHEN Houyi ("Mr. CHEN"), a supervisor of the Bank, resigned from his positions as a supervisor and member of the Nomination, Remuneration and Evaluation Committee under the Board of Supervisors due to the expiration of his term of office, with effect from 27 April 2023.
