INFORMATION TO THE MARKET

Banco do Brasil S.A. (BB or Bank) hereby communicates, pursuant to the provisions of article 30, item I, letter "b" of its bylaws, the following nominations: Mr. Alan Carlos Guedes de Oliveira as Risk Management Officer; Mr. João Francisco Fruet Júnior as Corporate and Investment Banking Officer; and Mr. Luciano Matarazzo Regno as Credit Officer.

2. Alan Carlos Guedes de Oliveira has been a career employee at Banco do Brasil for 22 years. He holds a bachelor's degree in computer science, an MBA in Strategic and Economic Business Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas - Brasília/DF and an MBA in Leadership, Innovation and Management from Pontifícia Universidade Católica of Rio Grande do Sul. Since 2019, he has been Executive Manager in the Credit Division, where he has been working since 2002, having held several positions, including being responsible for credit strategies for individuals and SMEs and for the strategic project to the compliance of BB Conglomerate to the General Law for the Protection of Data - LGPD. He also has experience in risk management and business development. Between 2020 and 2021 he served as Deputy Director of the Executive Commission for Data Processing at Febraban and is currently also a member of the Risk and Credit Advisory Committee at Elo Serviços S / A.

3. João Francisco Fruet Junior has been a career employee at Banco do Brasil for 36 years. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration, an MBA in Business Management from Universidade do Federal Rio Gande do Sul, an MBA in Wholesale Business Administration from Fipecafi/USP, and an MBA in Strategic Leadership from Columbia Business School. Since 2022 he has been BB Americas Bank's CEO and currently is a board member of BB Securities LLC. Previously, he worked as Brasilseg Comercial Director, Comercial Corporate Head and BB New York General Manager, besides having held several positions within Businesses and Tactics Units at BB.

4. Luciano Matarazzo Regno has been a career employee at Banco do Brasil for 24 years.

He holds a bachelor's degree in systems Analysis and a master's degree in Computer Science from the Universidade Metodista of Piracicaba, a degree in Marketing from Universidade Gama Filho and an MBA in Data Science and Analytics from Universidade de São Paulo.

methodologies for individuals and companies. He also worked at the wholesale segment for 15 years, with experience in customer relationship, product management and credit strategy. He is a member of the Support Committees for the Board of Directors of Gestora de Informação de Crédito S.A. - QUOD and EloPar.

5. The nominations are in process of approvalby the governance to proceed with the election by the Board of Directors.
