PAYMENT OF THE 2021 DIVIDEND

Please note that the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Banca Sistema S.p.A., held in a single call on 28 April 2022, approved the 2021 financial statements and resolved to pay the dividend for the year 2021, equal to € 0.072 per ordinary share, as of 4 May 2022, against detachment of the coupon on 2 May 2022.

Pursuant to Article 83-terdecies of Legislative Decree No. 58/1998, those who are shareholders based on the evidence of the accounts at the end of the accounting day on 3 May 2022 shall be entitled to receive the dividend.

The minutes of the Shareholders' Meeting will be made public in the manner and within the terms established by the applicable regulations.
