BANCA SISTEMA: PERFECTION OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE CO-OPTION OF A DIRECTOR

We hereby inform that, following the positive outcome, announced today, of the assessments carried out by the Bank of Italy, pursuant to the "Supervisory Provisions on the procedure for assessing the suitability of directors of banks, financial intermediaries, electronic money institutions, payment institutions and depositor guarantee schemes", issued by the same Supervisory Authority on 5 May 2021, the co-option of Pier Angelo Taverna as Director of Banca Sistema, approved by the Board of Directors on 20 May 2022, has become effective (see press release of the same date).
