Bansal, the Whole Time Director, designated as Director (Finance), from the Board of Directors of the company with effect from February 11, 2012. The Board has approved the appointment of Vipul Shah, as an Additional Director and Whole Time Director of the company for a period of 5 years with effect from February 11, 2012, to be designated as Company Secretary.
