BAIKSAN Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A035150) agreed to acquire Suprema Investment Co., Ltd from Suprema HQ Inc. (KOSDAQ:A094840) for KRW 7.5 billion on May 17, 2017. BAIKSAN will acquire 1.5 million shares of Suprema Investment. Suprema Investment reported total assets of KRW 7 billion, net assets of KRW 5.5 billion, revenues of KRW 1.6 billion and net profit of KRW 29.9 million for the year ended December 31, 2016. The transaction is resolved by the Board of BAIKSAN. The transaction is expected to close on May 31, 2017. The transaction closing is postponed to June 1, 2017.
