AXA Group (ENXTPA:CS) acquired Vander Elst from AXA Belgium SA/NV for approximately €40 million on January 8, 2015. AXA Real Estate acted on behalf of AXA Belgium. Maxime Xantippe of Cushman & Wakefield acted as real estate advisor for AXA Real Estate.

AXA Group (ENXTPA:CS) completed the acquisition of Vander Elst from AXA Belgium SA/NV on January 8, 2015.
