Avantia Co.,Ltd. (TSE:8904) agreed to acquire Dream Home Group from Akiko Fujii on December 7, 2020. Avantia Co.,Ltd. signed the final agreement to acquire Dream Home Group on February 26, 2021. Avantia Co.,Ltd. intends to make Dream Home Group its wholly owned subsidiary. As of September 30, 2020, Dream Home had total assets of ¥1 billion and net assets of ¥234.7 million. For the year ended September 30, 2020, Dream Home generated revenue of ¥4.3 billion and net income of ¥28.5 million. The transaction is expected to complete in the first half of 2020. The agreement is expected to complete in the end of March 2021. As of March 31, 2021, transaction is expected to complete on April 30, 2021. As of April 12, 2021, the expected closing date preponed to April 19, 2021.
